Shipping and payment
Shipping
We ship all our goods exclusively to the countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address (currently most countries in the world). Shipping to the buyer in these countries is free of charge. However, the sales price does not include local taxes and fees that may arise during import. For logistical reasons, self-collection is not possible.
In Europe we use the climate-neutral shipping service DHL GoGreen.
Outside Europe we ship with UPS.
Optionally, we offer express shipping with UPS.
Please contact us for possible shipping times and additional fees. Goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive for the processing of the transaction.
If a delivery is delayed or cannot or only partially be carried out, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible after placing the order. In this case, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract free of charge.
If a shipment has not been delivered to the buyer's delivery address (or collection point) within 14 days of dispatch, the buyer is obliged to notify us by e-mail to hello@circulawatches.com within 14 days (i.e. no later than 28 days after the date of dispatch).
If the buyer receives a product that he has not ordered or if a product is delivered in damaged or incomplete condition, the buyer must notify us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by e-mail to hello@circulawatches.com. If a product has not been ordered or has been delivered in a damaged or incomplete condition, we will bear the costs of the return shipment and will subsequently arrange for the shipment of the correct and faultless product to the buyer, provided that the buyer has fully complied with the instructions for the return shipment. A buyer who in such a situation returns a product at his own expense without first contacting us and waiting for the instructions is not entitled to claim the costs from us.
If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had given him reasonable advance notice of the service.
If the order sent by us to the buyer has been lost or the buyer claims not to have received the order (although information such as the tracking / transportation data indicates otherwise), the carrier's complaint procedure will be initiated. Any refund or reshipment will only be made after this procedure has been completed. The buyer agrees to cooperate fully with the carrier's complaints procedure.
