Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world, with the exception of countries with trade restrictions.

Dispatch costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany / Europe):

We do not charge any delivery charges.

International deliveries:

Within the European Union, we offer free delivery, including the applicable statutory VAT. For deliveries to the USA, we charge $99 for express delivery on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis, including all customs duties and charges. Delivery charges and customs duties are non-refundable.

We deliver to all other countries free of charge and without local taxes or import duties.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 9 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
