Warranty Statement from Circula Uhren GmbH

Circula Uhren GmbH provides purchasers of an original Circula wristwatch with a voluntary manufacturer's warranty, in addition to their statutory rights, under the following terms and conditions.

This warranty applies to all genuine Circula brand wristwatches purchased from Circula Uhren GmbH or an authorized retailer.

Warranty Period

The manufacturer's warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The date on the proof of purchase is the determining factor. The warranty is valid worldwide. 

What constitutes a warranty claim?

A warranty claim applies if your Circula watch fails to function properly within the warranty period due to a material or manufacturing defect. In this case, Circula Uhren GmbH will repair the manufacturing defect free of charge.

The following, in particular, are excluded from the warranty: 

• normal wear and tear resulting from use,
• Wear parts such as the wristband, case, glass, or battery (if applicable)
• Damage caused by improper handling, improper care, or excessive use
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions
• Damage resulting from repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized persons
• Cases in which the serial number affixed to the case back has been removed, altered, or made illegible
• Water damage, provided that the watch was used outside the specified water resistance rating or the crown was not fully close
  

• First, contact Circula Uhren GmbH's customer service department by email or in writing and describe the defect as precisely as possible.
• Please have your receipt or completed warranty card ready. This serves as proof of the purchase date. 
• After we review your request, you will receive information about the next steps and, if necessary, how to send in the watch. 
• When prompted, please send the watch, carefully packaged, along with a copy of the proof of purchase or warranty certificate, to Circula Uhren GmbH, Poststraße 38, 75210 Keltern, Germany
  
  Items are shipped at the sender's risk. Claims under this warranty must be made within the warranty period. Claims under this warranty cannot be made after the warranty period has expired.

This manufacturer's warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights in the event of defects. This warranty neither limits nor replaces your statutory warranty rights against the seller. You may exercise your statutory warranty rights free of charge.
